Commissioned by the Social Welfare Department, Po Leung Kuk launched the "Support Programme for Victims of Family Violence (VSP)". This first-ever territory-wide service is provided by our "Tsui Lam Centre" which has started operation since 29 June 2010.

The VSP provides relevant information on judicial proceedings and community support services, emotional support and accompany services which aim to strengthen protection to victims of family violence (including spouse / cohabitant battering and child abuse), alleviate their feeling of fear in going through the judicial process and help them resume normal life.
